Cone Cleaning Sieve

Cone cleaning sieve is responsible for the clearance of various big matters and light matters, i.e. dust, brick and stone, clod, straw, wood chip, and hemp rope to guarantee the quality of the raw grain and avoid machine failure or damage. It is widely used for the pre-cleaning in the grain processing factory.  

Feature:

The sieve drum is conical, which rotate around the axis. Raw grain enters the sieve drum from the small feed opening, and then moves to the big opening depending to the gravity, during this process, the big matters flow to the impurities port, and the grains pass through the screen hole to discharge out of the machine.

Grain flows down smoothly, and the effective square is bigger to avoid the impurities like wrapped grass, hemp rope and etc. No need to clear the drum.

Dust suction pipe is equipped on the top of the machine. After connected with gas, it can avoid the dust spillover.
